Rita Richards is also the founder of a full-service staffing firm located in Paramus, NJ . In addition to filling a wide variety of positions in the New Jersey area, she taught seminars at local colleges and proprietary business school.

Her guidance was valued and often quoted by the business community. She is experienced in all aspects of qualifying and interviewing job seekers. In her role, Rita developed relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. She was a member in good standing of the New Jersey Commerce and Industry Association.
