• Masters Degree in related field required
• 3 years hospital/health care experience required
• 5 years experience directing applications and applications teams required
• Extensive project management experience including large, complex, high-risk projects
• Extensive knowledge and experience administering and managing large enterprise-wide software applications including Epic, Peoplesoft, Fuji Synapse, ERP and CRM
• Monday – Friday dayshift but all directors are on-call 24/7; may need to work offshifts for go-live events, training, etc.

• IT Director, Application Services is needed for major Central Ohio healthcare system.
• The Director of Application Services aligns the application vision with business strategy by provisioning and managing appropriate state of the art applications and technologies in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
• The Director of Application Services is also responsible for all aspects of planning, developing, implementing and managing application software initiatives.
• Responsibilities:    Strategy and Planning
                             Participate as a member of the IT Leadership Team and the CIO in governance processes of the organizations enterprise and department application software and systems.
• Acquisition and Deployment:
       Manage and oversee a structure system selection and acquisition methodology and process to assure system selections are consistently managed and a comprehensive due diligence process is used to select software systems that align with Genesis vision, strategy and architecture

  Operational Management:
    Extensive knowledge and experience administering and managing large enterprise-wide software applications including Epic, Peoplesoft, Fuji Synapse, ERP and CRM
