• Salary range is from $76K to $95K, but can go over $100K based on qualifications and experience.

• Bachelors degree with 7-10 years as a consultant or manager, preferably a combination of both;
• Should have experience with Patient Financial Services, especially patient access management, and back end revenue cycle.
• Should have project management experience and work well with IT department.
• Knowledge of payer contracting, reimbursement, HIM as part of revenue cycle and decision support, and/or six sigma will be a plus.
• Must be a team player, self motivator, able to review, analyze and diagnose and know how to remedy process issues.
